Yes I have. I can see in real life what goes into developing or reviewing an app or tech solution. And I can see that the role of a BA is like a bridge between users and developers. Most developers won’t be patient enough to look at the details. And most organizations requiring a solution may not be able to articulate properly. And we are able to build a business case around it.
